Covid-19 Policy

Due to the Coronavirus or Covid-19, our customers should expect delays for shipping. We ask for your patience as we navigate through the Pandemic. We package our products with care. While we only sell clothing, we understand that there are concerns around packaging. We follow safety protocols and have incorporated gloves and masks in our packaging to avoid the spread of Covid-19.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship within Canada and Internationally. See below for full details on both offerings. Please note that Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Additionally, there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. You may experience delays due to Covid-19. Also expect delays for international orders due to Covid-19 and time spent in Customs.

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Free Standard International Shipping. 4-8 Business Days [Does not include handling or time spent in Customs].

Refund / Return Policy

If your purchase isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, Contact Us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Price Adjustments
Should a previously purchased item be marked down, we offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase. Price adjustments are on regular-priced merchandise only – we do not offer further price adjustments against sale merchandise or merchandise sold with a promotion. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
